The black and white really works for me it lessens the ugly shadows created in the first and the third just doesn't really do anything at all for me ... I think the digital noise is overkill and doesn't really add to your idea of 'aging' the photo.

So definately #2

I think you need a closer and more interesting angle. Though I do like the ghosty complextion in the second one. Welcome to the photo forum by the way.
