well...i picked up my parents camera the other day and just started taking pics..the quality might not be too great because it is film which i devoloped and scanned it on to my computer. but here aare some pics of my dog i took...im not really experienced at all so some advice would be greatly appreciated.

These two came out a lot better than your random pics that you are showing in the General Gallery, you work very nicely with DOF (depth of field) and composition, mostly so in the second here, where your dog is placed a bit off centre and looking in the direction of where the frame gives his eyes ROOM to look, if you see what I mean. Focus is good and I like the natural light.

Your dog is super cute, as shows this first photo here. The first one looks like he still is a pup? Is he?
