i know this is not what you asked for, but i found an error in punctuation....

however many photographers including Juan Perez combine both traditional & PJ style of photography.

should be

I would suggest spelling everything out, don't use abbreviations (ex. misc) also, I would re-word your question to "Do you provide images on a CD?" I think "hand out" doesn't sound very good. Those were the two things that caught my eye.

You may want to put something addressing proof and print turn around time. Good luck.
