Name change

I suggest that the title of the the sticky at the head of the Beginner's Forum be Changed to "How to post pictures and use TPF"

The current title is not very clear and people are still missing this info.

Oh, sorry, I think you actually mentioned this before....and I think we meant to change it but never did. I'll try to do that tonight (I just got home a few minutes ago)
