nature preserve shots

I traversed the nature trails at my school today (university of north florida) for a couple hours and took some pictures. Here are some shots (c&c if you want):

i just keep staring at 4. i dont know why but im in love with it.

and i like 5, but there is too much middle grey for me...and some brush is blocking the subject

Diggin the colors in #2...LOVE the DOF on #3 and great framing on #4.

thanks for the comments. #5 I just shot really quick. the subjects kept looking back at me, i guess because they thought i was taking pictures of them (i wasn't at the time)...but their distrust led me to snap one really quick before I walked away lol. i wish it had been composed better but oh well

Last one really doesn't do anything for me. LOVE the first four though, great shots and fantastic colours/compositions.

Well, I'm one of those who really like Photo 4. Perfectly composed. The texture of the water is captured so well, as is the texture of the wood.
That floating crate might not really have been "part" of nature on that trail, but I still like your photo of it best.

Definatly like 4 and 5. 5 is my favorite. Maybe thats because I love taking pictures of people that dont know I'm taking taking their picture... They always come out so much better.
Great pics... and ATHF rocks btw/ shake's the man!
