Well i finally got out of the house with my new Pentax Ist *ds! heres some of what i came up with...

Heya MrMorill, congrats on the new camera!
And on the area that surrounds you, wow, that looks nice. Very photogenic. Beautiful river and mill and ... that is a place you might want to explore more, at all seasons, and in all possible light situations!

Between the two "Keep of Dam"-photos, I first could not quite decide which one I like best, but I think I have settled in favour of the closest close-up ... no more context is really required here, once we've seen the first photo with the entire mill on the river. Nice texture in that close-up.

Theres alot more to the state park its such a peaceful place to shoot i was just bent on time today i think im going to go out and take some more though! Photography is addicting!
