Need a little help on what lights to buy...

Hello out there

I'm trying to explore the huge world of equipment. Right now I'm about to invest in lights and what ever I need to add a proper set of professional lights.

I found this: Bowens Gemini 2x500 Travel Kit and was hoping that someone in here could help me by telling if it is a good or bad investment - or what to buy instead?

Since I'm a total newbie when it comes to lights I also would like to know If there is things I also need to add to end up with the best light setting.
