Need help with my computer, and PS cs4

Ok.. My problem is that my computer crashed, so I pulled the hard drive out, and made it into an external HD. I pulled off my Adobe CS4, and saved it to my computer. after I had gotten all the items off the hard drive that I wanted, I swiped the hard drive clean, and I now use it to save all my photo's and music. now I dont know how to open the CS4 on the hard drive. there are a bunch off files, but I dont know how to open it to use it.

did I screw up, or can anyone help me?

think you screwed up, you'll have to reinstall CS4. H
