Need some advice

I recently found this site, and am happy to find others who enjoy photography as much as I do. I need some advice on four photos. Im entering a small contest, and was wondering which one of these do you see as being superior to the others

if I had to choose I'd say 3. But, I wouldn't make much of my opinion

Well, I'd say Photo 1, but it needs a bit of additional work, a crop (lefthand car going, smidge of black in the sky going) and some selective work on the levels or curves of both sky and bottom. There is still room to make the one darker and intensify the colours (sky) and to make the other a bit lighter and bring out more detail (bottom), I think.
