Need your advice on m42 to eos adapters

hi guys. I'm looking to buy an adapter for my canon Rebel t3i. I have two lenses Pentax super takumar 50mm 1.4f and mamiya sekor auto 200mm 3.5f which I would like to use with my camera. I found two fotodiox m42 to eos adapters - V.1 and V.2. Could you please explain me what the difference between two of these. Which one can I use for both of my lenses? One thing is, although now what you asked, your paying too much there for V1.

If memory serves me correctly V2 has the conformation chip that will let you know when you have achieved focus manually. V1 is not chipped. Keep in mind that autofocus and stop down aperture are not supported with these rings. V2 is a bit more expensive, but it might be worth getting them somewhere other than eBay.
