I might want to put a lens of the kind of "my list" ... but there it would stay forever. Only on the list.
This is the kind of lens I at most lust after but will never have.
Hence: no competition from me, Ray, but your photos show that you are beyond competition, anyway. They are downright perfect.

thanks everyone., I had to delete that first shot of the heron, just too soft., I was trying out a new tele converter I bought yesterday, but shooting out of the car window, with the family wrestling in the back seat didn't do very well at 640 mm.

thanks guys, I still havn't figured this lens out, or the camera either., 3 months with the d200, and still havn't read the directions! I am sure there are lots of tips in there, and better ways to use this camera, but I don't have the attention span to sit down and read.
