new camera

well i got the canon t2i about a month a go, but haven't posted anything yet so here i go

i went to the zoo to try it out

the lighting was pretty dark with most of these so i had to use slow shutter speeds and higher ISOs

I'm impressed that the T2i handled the high ISOs pretty decently!

most were at 800 but some were at 1600

These are pretty decent, but:
- #1.The branch in the middle of the pic seems pretty distracting.
- #2 It's not terrible, but I'm not much of a fan of placing the subjects dead center. Probably a preference thing.
- #3 Perfect! I love it. I'd throw in some more color and contrast in Lightroom to make it really POP!
- #4 Seems a tad blurry.
- #5 I would crop out the metal thing on the right to place more emphasis on the subject(s).
- #6 Although very pretty, I find flower macros very very overdone.
