I shot this today. Its 7 shots and put through Photomatix.
perfect use of HDR. The red seems a bit strong but that's a solid pic!
Sorry, but Im leaving the red as it is. Thats exactly how red it was. I even commented on it. And you can also see the red in the two flags. Right on. The Union Jack was older and the red ore faded than our flag. The floor carpet was so bright it cast red all over the place. Here is another shot from different angle. You can see the red reflection on the pews.
I didn't say it was bad, but since it's lit it makes it look a bit strong... that's all. The exit lights look a bit over-saturated as well, that's why I said something. I don't suggest changing anything, I think it looks great. I'm just telling you what I see.
I can refrain from doing that in the future.
No by all means say what you think. I hope I didnt come across in a hostile way.
bynx, can you post the middle exposure picture? I just want to see the difference. Just shot my first HDR a few minutes ago in my living room just to test it. LOL
I sure can.
Wow, it is like looking at blue ray and regular DVD. You cant tell the difference until you see it side by side!
Good stuff, Bynx. You have a handle on how to do HDR correctly, that's obvious.
I like the composition of the 2nd shot more. I like the angle and the vast area covered in the frame.
Thanks again. Now this is from the priest's point of view.
very nicely done. Are there two types of lighting in the church?
I have a question, when you run this through photomatix does your black areas have alot of noise dots in photomatix till you process?
