Hi everyone! nice forum! This will be my first post! I'm new in photography and still in the learning process, so i hope to get suggestions and comments from all of you

What you are showing us here is convincing me of the fact that you apparently know what you are doing when you put your camera to use. Very nice DOF (depth of field) in the first, good colours in the rose (red flowers are difficult to photograph!), I like that velvety sheen, and you move in on your subjects, which I also like!

I am using Sony DSC-H5 (prosumer) that has a fixed Carl-Zeiss lens. I screwed on an inexpensive HOYA Close Up +4 lens as well
