New into Fashion Magazine Publishing

Hi all,
I am in Nigeria, and I am venturing into a Fashion, Beauty and Modeling Magazine ( RED CARPET MAGAZINE ) and would like all d info I can get.

I dont have all d money in the world to start-up, so I want to buy a reasonable camera and do some of the photographoy myself.
This is essential, as I will be travelling to cover some events outside of my city, and for these I would like to do the photography myself.

Could u guys info me any thing of interest to me ?
