Hello Everyone,

I have been lurking on this site for a few weeks and decided to finally introduce myself (and hopefully start posting some photos soon). I recently started re-immersing myself in photography after buying a Rebel XTi a couple of months ago (way back in high school I had a 35 mm SLR which is lost in the basement). I am so happy that I found this site and look forward to soaking up a little bit of the vast amount of knowledge that seems to be floating around on this forum. :hail:

What area/s of photography are of most interest to you?
Landscapes, portraits, product shots, manipulations?

You being female, I'd venture a guess that weddings are among your areas of interest...
But maybe not?

I am still really learning what I like photographing... I do enjoy taking pictures of landscapes and portraits as well as my St. Bernard (aka a Chihuahua named Puppy). She is usually a pretty good sport about having her picture taken (at least when she's asleep):
