New lense, first shots

Here is a few shots I took this afternoon with my new 70-200 2.8 VR. I didn't expect this lens to be so heavy, but...I love it.

Wow. I love the second . I wonder who the gull's shouting at? The ripples are nice, too, but I feel they should have been more aligned, somehow...

Thanks guys. I will try to shoot some more, but we had a snow yesterday so I would have to wait.

Aw, these are great! Very crisp and clean! The colours on the gull are just gorgeous!

Makes me excited to get a new lens (someday, someday).
