New photo-nerd from Vancouver!

I've been doing photography for a couple years, a year with my Nikon D60 SLR. Thought it'd be a good idea to join one of the many photo forums to see if I could learn any new tricks or get ideas for shoots and what not. I'm most interested in band photography, but I do a lot of shoots with models, animals, cars almost anything really. I like taking something simple and showing its beauty through my creative view.
