    Hey all,

I'm Andy and I got into digital photography a couple of months ago and I'm still trying to get the hang of my camera (a Rebel XTi that's worlds apart from my old Point-and-Shoot). Recently I took a trip to NYC to visit a friend, during the day I was locked out of his apartment while he was at work so I spent the time roaming Manhattan and taking as many pictures as possible! :D These are some of the best, let me know what you think, any and all help helps! ;) Thanks so much! :D

Overall, not bad. You exposures are okay for the most part and you've clearly put thought into your compositions. I quite like #s 5 & 6; unfortunately the exposure in #5 is a little dark; it would have been better to spot-metre the subject's face and deal with the highlights in post. Keep at it.
