I don't quite know what to make of it...
Is it just my screen or is this a split shot of the car/audience?
It is very grainy and has motion blur.
On a positive note the half of the car that I can see looks half decent!

It looks like you tried to pan, and that's a good thing. Definitely a talent to work on. The problem is, the entire shot is blurry, and there is some very bad chromatic noise in the shot. I think the composition would look better if you had been able to get more of the car in frame (might not have been possible), and if the car had been on the left side of the frame with some empty space for it to 'go' in the right side.

The one positive I can pull from this shot is that it does convey a feeling of speed. I am wishing I would see more of the car (subject) and less for the spectators (foreground/background) Also, high noise- looks like a high ISO shot, not much that you could do about that, a slower shutter would just be a huge orange blur.
