Any suggestions on what I should do with this pic?

Turn to the right and get a little lower. Need a little more light on the face, rotating will help that. Fill the frame with the subject the sorrowndings are boring.

I will second Tyson's tip on the lighting and position. If you had been standing about 5 or 6 steps to the left in a semi circle the man's face would have had much better lighting from the looks of it.

Tyson nailed this one. Get eye ball level with your subject anytime you can. Fill the picture up too, good call Tyson...

yeah....i never actually thought about the whole eye level thing. thanks for the tip. and the background is pretty boring. It was the best i had to work with. the street we were walking down was filled with junked up cars and houses that looked like they could fall apart with one strong wind.
