I've not used it, but I saw mention of this in a magazine article recently and it looks like as close as we're likely to get to a Linux-based "Lightroom" style application. Aftershot Pro 2 from Corel

Corel bought out Bibble and re-engineered their converter into Aftershot. I have the new version 2. They have made performance improvements in the new version, and it is inexpensive but the UI is clumsy and the conversions are so-so. No DNG support is inexcusable. Other Linux raw converter produce better output, but you are correct in that I don't believe there are other Linux DAM programs that offer similar options.
