I like the 1st shot a lot. I would crop it a little from the bottom. But It has a very tranquil mood to it. very nice!

I also love the forest pictures. Really good eye.

Anyway, welcome to the forum and looking forward to seeing your pictures.

I really like your vertical trees shot (#4); very nice.
Very nice framing on your #3 shot.
Maybe a more shallow DOF on #5 would have help separate the flamingo a bit more.
Very artistic #1 shot.
I wonder if a flash would have helped out #7
#8 should have been cropped tighter around the butterfly to remove empty space.
#6 doesn't seem to have a central focus to me....
