New to the forum

Hello all
I'm new to this forum. One of the engineers I work with told me to look around for forums for photography.
I'm new to shooting with a full frame DSLR. I really enjoy it but I'm still learning (when I have time to take pictures) about all of it. I'll hopefully get some quality shots this summer. Also looking for a good program. I recently tried out Lightroom and I really like it, so I will probably get the full version for my editing. Right now shooting with a D40 but I wish I would have gotten a D60 to start...food for thought. Probably get one this summer just so I'm happy with my equipment.
I enjoy shooting mainly outdoors, and I LOVE flowers.
