the tree blocks the real subject, If i where you i would have gotten down lower to the water and more over it so it doesn't look to much like a snap shot. check out my outdoor photography blog, its just getting started but should help out a bit (www.outdoorphotographyblog.com)

Jase3040 I think this scene would be great for a photo shoot with you wife/girlfriend sitting on one on the rocks in the middle. Also this shot is a little too bright for my taste.

I agree with m.stevenson, get down closer to the water.. bring a tripod if you have one, and maybe try stopping down to slow down the shutter speed and make the water look nice and smooth
