Newbie Photos

Hi,

I am a beginner photographer. Bought a Nikon D50 at the end of last year and am having loads of fun with it..

Here are a few of my better efforts - critque on how to improve would be appreciated.

you must be a vampire! all of these are at night...

1. I like the composition, its too bad the clouds got blown, maybe tone that down a bit.

2. Love it!

3. Would like to see it a bit brighter so I can see what that is in the middle.

Thanks for that. Got my camera late last year (Irish winter) so was dark when I got home from work....

Just getting back into it now so trying to learn from the photos I've done.

1. Hadn't noticed the blown clouds - thanks for that, will definitely tone down.

2. Thanks. Lucky to live near to such a beautiful bridge

3. Was trying for a silhouette (spelling?) on this one - it's an old watch-tower but is in a bad state now. Maybe I should brighten up a touch alright.
