Newbie. (sort of)

Hey all,

I'm new to the site, but not really new to photography. I'm just getting back into it after several years. I've been spoiled by pocket digitals in recent years, but real photography to me involves much more! I've always admired Ansel Adams ( who hasn't ), and although I'll never be as great a photographer as he, I hope to incorporate some of his feel for landscape and texture into my pics. I recently aqquired a Canon EOS Rebel 35mm and hope to become proficient with it soon. I posted a thread about the future of 35mm film a week ago or so just wondering if I was wasting my time with film. So far I believe I'll be safe using it for awhile. I look forward to talking to all of you soon.
