Hey! I just got my new camera, Casio EX-F1 and am now prepared to tackle the awesome world of photography and filmmaking head on.
I've never done anything outside of point & shoot and my brain is already burnt out from college (Graduating May 08!) so my learning curve will probably be steep.
My favorite types of photography are HDR, Landscape, and Cityscape.
I love HDR because of the surreal effect. HDR photos bring a sense of wacky sci-fi-ness, which I love. Stargate all the way!
I love landscape and cityscape because those shots are always just incredibly beautiful... put them side by side and it's like looking at two different planets, both beautiful but each in their own way.
