My Birthday was this weekend and I ended up with about $250 worth of gift cards. I need ideas on what to get. I've been thinking about a battery grip, and a monopod. I also want a macro or a good walk around lens. A flash would be useful too! I don't know what to do? I may spend a little out of pocket if it can upgrade me to a quality lens.

    My current equipment is
    Canon Rebel XT
    18-55mm EF-S
    50mm 1.8
    75-300 EF III

Any suggestions would be great! :hail:

    Hi EVO:
I have the BG-E3 Grip on my XT and I love it!!! It turns a tiny body camera which is awkward to hold in most mens hands to a bulkier body with lot's of battery power and controls when using it verticly.

    Have a great day.

    Paul.

My monopod is a Slik EZ-pod not the jr. I like it, it has a quick release shoe, works well and economical.
