    Went out driving around and found this guy just off the back roads. It's been a heavy overcast all day and threatening rain that will not break loose.

    ISO 1600, f/5.6 1/80, 300mm handheld with VR on.

    Good capture. Nice and sharp, perfect dof, good background. Colors could use a little work (bluish.) Its too bad you didnt get his hooves in there.

    I agree with you on both.

    Unfortunately, the road was higher than the field, I shot this from the drivers seat out the passenger window. The field sloped down and away. Tried to sneak out of the vehicle to get his hooves, but as soon as I got on top of the roof, all I saw was tail.


    Thanks for the "blue" comment. Was thinking there was "something" on the picture. Just needed the "nudge"

    Nice capture. I can never get them pose for me. Or is it that it takes me so long to set up, they're long gone?
