Lovely shot! I agree with everyone else, crop a bit off the top and bottom and it will be perfect.

I think it would be a stronger photo if the fountain would not have been centered, but more to the right. And I would also crop out the top, there is too much empty space there.

Other than that I like the shot, the exposure is spot on, nice coloring with the cooling filter.

You know, i actually like the black on top. It gives the photo height. To me it adds the depth of the night. The photo becomes less about a neat building and a pretty fountain, and more about the contemplation of our place in the universe.

I like how you kept the fountain edge as a "base" to the photo. Too much black on top. Maybe just crop the top so it fit's a 4 to 5 ratio.
