Night Photography - Round Two

So I went out to "practice" some more night shooting. Here's a few of the photos I managed to get before my fringers froze.

That is a colourful set up in Photo 1!
Is it a little mall?
And are these decorations there at all times or are they left over from the Season?
Exposure on the bright lights inside the shops looks good to me. That could easily have become too bright but didn't. :thumbup:
