Anybody have anything to say about the Nikkor 18-135mm AF-S DX?

I was in best buy trying this lens out although it was on a different body. I also tryed the 55-200mm AF-S lens but like this one better.

It's your typical entry level consumer lens bundled with most mid cameras (D70-80). Nothing spectacular but doesn't cost much either.

    Thanks

It felt heftier then the 55-200 lens. It was nice being able to zoom all the way back to the minimum unlike the the other one which only went down to 55mm. And when i was comparing and contrasting the 2 it seemed there wasnt that big of a difference between 135mm and 200mm

    Have you considered the 18-200VR?

Although I don't know if it will fit on your Canon D40x *Friendly :)*
