Just got the lens today. Never had a lens like this one. Do you set the aperture on the camera or the lens? I really like the lens and it takes really good pic but if I set it on a low aperture it flashes -lee- what does this mean? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Put the lens (physically) all the way to f/22 and slide the little "lock" switch so that the aperture ring won't turn any more (lined up with the red mark). Now just let the camera settings handle the aperture like you normally would.

The aperture ring is only there for cameras that require the ring. The nikon f4, which came out in the late 80's, was the last nikon to use the aperture ring to set the aperture.

Well, its an amazing lens. I have it. Takes amazing photos, especially portraits. I love it.
