Nikon 85 1.8G AF-S is a much more exciting announcement than a 36MP Studio camera

Maybe I am the only person on the planet who feels this way.. but to me the announcement of a 85 1.8 AFS G lens to replace the AFD version is much more exciting to me than the 'Studio/tripod camera' D800 announcement, I sold my AFD due to it's rather poor 'Bokeh' performance. I'm sure the AFS G version will address my concerns. Most importantly it won't require me taking out a loan to afford it.

THE D4 ON THE OTHER HAND THOUGH... Sounds absolutely incredible! I have a feeling the ISO performance on this cam will destroy the new Canon. I can dream about getting one of these I guess!

I am hoping your correct on this, I really want a D700 if the price drops to reasonable levels. A D700 with a NEW Nikon 85 1.8 AFS-G for portraits.... Now that is a thought!
