D70. Both are old and really not worth paying more than $200-$300 for... even then, I don't know.

I just picked up a Nikon D70 on theBay for $240 with 4 gbs mem, 2 batteries, charger and a few other things. I have a D3000 and wanted the motorized focus mount mostly for my old lenses from my N65. That's the reason I picked it up. That and it offers bracketing, which is nice.

D70 was landmark in it's day and on par with Canon's 20D.
The D100 was before that.
Go for a newer body if possible, either way.
