Nikon d70s kit lens.. Any feedback?

    Can others edit my Photos:

    Well it looks like finally after the hollidays I will have enough money for my digital camera. My question is I always hear about how kit lenses tend to suck but with the 1.5x factor I was still wanting to do wide angle shots so wanted the kit lens (17-77mm if I recall). I didn't see any specs on the lens at photodo.com so was wondering if others had any feel for how well this particular kit lens performs.

    i've been using the kit lenses for nearly two years and can't complain. they're all i shoot.

    D-70 kit lens rocks. Just look at JM and my posts. I use a lot of telephoto but all other shots are with the kit lens.

    I have been using it for 12months and Its been great, I'm thinking about selling my d70 with the 18-70 DX lens and upgrading. If you're interested gime a PM.
