I also got one of these when I bought my camera but don't know how to use it. I haven't been able to find the app o the apple store for my phone. Anyone else have this and know how to use it? Thanks in advance

Go to your respective marketplace, search nikon wmu. Install the app, plug in the wireless adapter to the camera, power on the camera, open the app in your phone. It'll show what the camera sees on your phone and send jpegs to the phone. It's handy, especially when your wireless remote dies unexpectedly 5 minutes after putting in a fresh baterry lol.
