No Humanity at Marriott

Reading this it sounds like it was the dock security who would not let the Marriott ship take the additional people.
 
The final blame still seems in question ... but somebody needs to answer to, as Keith stated, a complete lack of humanity. Sad day for humans.
 
Their statement to The Post was a very good explanation, IMO.
 
It's terrible that those other guests got left behind but it's also terrible that Marriott went above and beyond to take care of their guests and ends up with bad PR over the whole thing. No good deed goes unpunished!

Or the road to Hell is paved with good intentions ...

That is a very good point. The Marriott did manage a "rescue" when other hotels failed ... it is unfortunate that somebody screwed up an otherwise noble act.
