Noise reduction please

    I took this before I knew anything about ISO. I love this picture, but can't seem to clear out the noise. Please help!

    Thank you. It was purely luck! We were getting ready to leave, and I had just put him in his car seat. Mommy wasn't ready yet, so I grabbed the camera. He was actually starting to get fussy, but it turned out as if he were winking.

    Thanks for your attempt PushingTin. I like how soft everything looks.
