Nice pic. Love the BG Lighting. You might consider crop 1/3 of the bottom. This will emphasize the face and those wonderful color dots.

Nice, the only thing that bothers me is the out of focus feathers up front. Only because they occupy a large portion of the image. But that's just me.....

I finally decided to play with the 50mm 1.8 and it sure does have a shallow depth of field at 1.8 If I want a fast shutter speed to stop his motion I need to use 1.8 in the house. he does not like the flash much lol..

The lights in the background are from the home stereo receiver and the EQ.
