The B&W is awesome, my favorite. But all are very nice. You're right, 3 is almost vertigo inducing.

All of them are really good, especially 1 and 6. I really like 3, it gives me vertigo just looking at it!

I think that the mono-tone on 2 doesn't really help the image, maybe add more contrast? Or maybe shoot at a different time, like an overcast day, I realise this may not be possible but it should help you for next time you're shooting.

The only one which I'm not really feeling is 5, I just feel it looks a bit boring.

4 and 5 doesn't do much for me but 3 is the best.

Number 3 would be cool for a long exposure at night to get the trails of the cars going by in the street.

Thanks guys, it is on the west side and the Downtown Club. I'm hoping to get up on there on a night but they haven't been lighting up the World Financial Center for some reason. I'm also not happy about #2 but not sure how I can fix it. Here are a few more (The rest are at my flickr account):
