They look good but there pretty small, perhaps try posting some larger versions. Maybe 600 or 800 wide.
btw - where abouts in Australia are you from?

These are much better being larger, can actually see the pics!

The 2nd one looks a little over exposed.

just a kodak. i basically just play around with photos in a digital photo program.

You can tell these photos have been highly editted. The contrast is severely bumped up and it looks unnatural. I think landscapes should remain unmodified in their honest form because anyone can take a regular landscape shot and turn it into something special in PS.

If you want to get better at making it not as noticeable, don't make such severe chanegs. The horizon gives it away in both photos that they are editted.
