Oil Painting Service

When I was in michaels, I noticed they are advertising an oil painting service, problem is it takes 4 or so weeks to get it back. I also noticed an advertisement on ppa's website.

I was just wondering how many here use this sort of service, and which ones you have found to be the best. I think its something interesting to offer customers, at a markup.

Does anyone know of a web site that will allow you to browse thru the hundreds of old oil paintings of the masters? and also provide the framing services, I need to buy paintings as gift for my husband. I used to have it saved and I've lost it.
