Theres a little purple hue in the lower right hand corner that keeps taking my interest away from the main focus. The border is a little but busy but just my 2 cents

I'm not a big fan of fancy borders or cut-outs. The edge of her face is a little obvious. The black backgrounds makes a image a bit oppressive, too. I'd suggest not using direct on-camera flash as the main light source.

She has a nice smile and I like the over-the-shoulder pose.

Ditch all the funky borders and vignettes, convert that first one to b&w, soften it a bit, put a fine black line around the outside of the frame, and you've got a winner.
