Your thoughts on this camera? I am really leaning towards but still got two months to make a decision. Advice would great as well as pros and cos.

They're both very nice, but bear in mind the E-510 has "live view" (the ability to compose shots on the LCD screen) and the E-500 does not, so if you were looking for that feature then look to the 510. Also the E-510 uses newer sensor technology, which presumably means improvements in image quality (though I can't say for certain).

I have the 500 and I love it. The 510 does however add as mentioned live view, in body image stabilization, and 10MP vs. 8MP with a brand new NMOS sensor (supposidly better but I haven't seen in depth reviews yet), oh an upgraded image processing. The kit lenses remain almost the same. It comes down to are you willing to pay an extra $300 for the 510? The E-500 can be had in the two lens kit at about 600+ while the new E-510 2 lens kit is still around its MSRP of $999.
