    (I fail to understand why you don't get equally as excited over PENGUINS :irked: )

    I especially like the second and third shots. The second rocks because it's a closer shot, but the alert stance in the last one is kind of cool too.

    HERONS just sort of rolls off the tongue. Penguins does not.

    I like the second shot myself, but i love the mood in the first

    wow, that meadow must have been heaven for you eh :)
    I have to wait till spring, then they come back to the heron territory. There are more then 40 herons in one place then. Really a great sight and nice photo ops.
    Great shots Andy. Im going for the second one too. Nice colors and lovely stance :)
