Photos NOT OK to edit
Here is another automotive shoot from last summer. I am so happy to have discovered another photography forum, I now want to put some of my better shots up here to see what you think and to get some other eyes to tell me what is missing. So I will probably be "that" car guy since that is about all I shoot pics of.... lol

Here is a shoot I did with a 1971 Camaro RS. Believe it or not, this car is driven every day and he has another one at home just like it that is built even nicer for shows.

Again, these were shot with a D50, kit lens 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 and natural lighting.

Nice shots ! I love that grey/silver

The rear tire looks like its deflated for 1/4 mile traction in the first pic, but in the rest its fine, weird...

I wanted to show everyone something else about this photoshoot.

This was one of my first shoots where I really started getting more in depth with photoshop, and this is also the very first shoot I processed in Lightroom as well.

This post here I wanted to show you what that last photo went through.

Here is where I would have finished with it normally.

I would have just done brightness, and contrast adjustments along with sharpening and other little touch-ups with the burn and dodge tools.

And here is how it turned out after lightroom, some guidance from photographer friends of mine, and an intro to more tools in photoshop.

I have been shooting pics for years, but 2008 was really the year that my skills improved the most. I am running with it and I am hoping for even better things in 2009.
