I like the photographs, I would suggest working on your composition. It's going to make a huge difference.

I like the duck picture the best and I the picture of the kid just isn't working , to much fuzz from the motion.

The duck one is very nice but I would rather it have just the male duck (i assume) and crop out the female.

Duck pic is the best of the lot.

Heya "Close_up_and_Personal", welcome to ThePhotoForum.
I moved your thread from The Beginners' Place over to the General Gallery, since The Beginners' Place is designed to be a Q&A-forum much rather than a gallery for photo-showing, not even for newbies to both, the hobby and TPF ;).

Of the photos I like the duck photo best, though I would have preferred for the "top-right-corner duck" not to be there. As to the red leaf against the blue sky ... I sure like the simplicity of your subject and background, and therefore find the other elements (fence? other leaf in top left corner) are distracting. I would prefer that to be even simpler than it now is.

The motion blur in the photo of your son (?) adds action. No doubt. But in that one I feel he is a bit "too up close and personal", though some may like how he almost jumps at us (viewers) out of the screen. ;)

Do post more. :D
