Oriole Eating Jelly

    I placed some Oranges out to see if i could get some fruit eating birds. a pair of orioles have came in and have stayed. Yestersay i put out some Jelly along with the oranges. The Oriole came to eat the jelly

    The jelly looks a wee bit like play-dough. Cool beans.

    Oh, I love to hear the first oriole song in the spring.

    I am assuming your's are the eastern 'Baltimore' orioles. I have the western 'Bullock's' orioles and they never take any interest in feeders of any sort.

    I like your images and they make me wish for springtime.
